Lime, pineapple, melon, white flower, almond and mineral saltiness. Medium bodied, with elevated acidity. A bit warm on the finish, with very good length. Good typicity for Gavi Cortese. Excellent with shellfish or a citrus pan-seared fish dish. Dec. 2020
