A reductive, flinty and more than curiously smouldering sauvignon blanc with a clear barrel fumé that sets it apart....

Mildly aromatic, and notably leesy on the palate with some phenolic tack and grip, and bitterness on the finish....

A little oxidized and past its prime but still offering good concentration. Drink soon. Tasted October 2020.
