If you didn't see the bottle, you would think this is a Bordeaux from France! It's a lovely Bordeaux blend made to perfection here in Canada, at the Black Hills Estate Winery, British Columbia. Notes of dark cherry, blackberry, cassis, baking spice and those lovely pyrazine notes from the Cabernet in the blend give you a wine you can sip on, on a cold winter night or pair with that steak you've been craving.
