Best Pinot I've had in Ontario, easily.

Raspberry, tart cherry, mushroom, fresh fallen leaves, cooked beets, vanilla, tobacco. Ruby, but starting its descent to garnet. Can go a few more years, but don't feel bad about popping it open now. It's hitting its prime.
