Well-balanced and gentle mix of fresh tree fruit, herbs, dried white fruit and hay. No one element overpowers. Good food wine and totally sippable too.

Lanolin, slight honeycomb, honeydew melon and mineral notes on the nose. Glycerin-like mouthfeel with honeydew followed by white grapefruit and some effervescence. Long finish with white grapefruit and herbaceous notes.
