This Pinot Gris is partially barrel fermented (20%) in oak and sees 4 months of lees contact. It has an attractive and elegant medium+ intensity nose of beeswax, melon, peach, and grapefruit aromas. The medium+ bodied palate is creamy, clean and crunchy, with dry aroma replays on the flavour profile. Acids are balanced while the finish length is very good. Tasted May/2019. Score: 88+ pts
