This is one of those wines you keep coming back to. Even with its slight variation from one vintage to the next, Studert-Prum seem to keep their product quite consistent: the Kabinett is light with a perfect degree of minerality, good citrus notes but certainly not overpowering and just the right amount of sweetness and acidity.
