Screw cap. The fragrant nose is ripe with tropical fruit, pineapple, peach, citrus and apple aromas with touches of floral. It's medium-full bodied on the palate with a rich, honeyed concentration of fruit and flavours of citrus and apple. Acids are vibrant and zesty, while oyster shell mineral notes arrive on the back palate, adding complexity and lingering through to the long, lip-smacking finish. Tasted Dec/2020.

Aromas of pear and green apple. It has taste of fresh pear . Not as acidic as I was expecting. I started drinking this
at around 7 Celsius, but later on it went down to probably 3 or 4 degrees Celsius. I enjoyed it more at the cooler temperature. It tasted more fresh and crisp at the cooler temperatures.

Tasted April 2020
