This pours surprising deep lemon-gold. The nose is notably rich with leesy/bready notes, caraway, complex spice,...

Highly aromatic nose is flinty and toasty with ripe apple, vanilla, and lemon aromas in a slightly reductive profile. It is medium-bodied on the palate with crisp, clean acids and reductive in style with more lemon, mineral, and poached apple flavours. Long, persistent finish that shows some of that famed County minerality. Tasted July/2019.
