My first Ruche in recent memory. Notes of cherry, strawberry, red currant, pomegranate, leather, cigar box, white pepper, and a resinous herbal quality. Medium bodied with acidity to match. Tannins are fine, but have some grippy astringency

Like the woods after a summer rain. Forest floor with stewed fruit, dried fruit, soft tannins. Not your usual tipple.
