Lovely, medium-high to highly aromatic nose delivers ripe plum, dark berry, meaty, and black pepper spice with hints of mint and floral in a maturing profile. It's medium+ bodied with slightly astringent, grippy tannins offering a pleasing mouthfeel. Tangy flavours of black plum, dark berry, peppery spice, and meaty taper to savoury, woody, smoky, and mocha chocolate notes on the long, juicy, saliva-inducing finish. Last tasted Oct. 2022.
