Excellently crafted, perfectly balanced, delicious organic bubbly. I don't know any better sparkler for the price.

Medium-high intensity nose offers biscuity, lemon curd, lime, grapefruit, and apple aromas and flavours on a medium+ bodied palate. Essentially dry with bright, balanced acids. More apple and pear flavours on the palate that linger on the finish, with very good length. Tasted Mar/2019.
