When I use words like sweet, juicy, or fruity, it is usually to describe a wine a did not particularly like. Not this time. This is a fairly refined Pinot Noir, at a very reasonable price, and charming in its sweet, juicy and fruity ways.

Subtle nose of dark cherry/berry, spice, and a whiff of tea leaf. It is medium-bodied with good fruit concentration and fresh, balanced acids. It has nicely balanced aroma replays, plus some stemmy characters. Very good length on the balanced finish with some tannic grip. Will be better in 1-2 years after tannins have time to flesh out. Tasted Aug/2019.

I was expecting much more flavour and charactor based on the reviews that I read. I was sadly disapointed. On the nose it was hard to detect much though the aromas of alcohol evaprorating from the glass. I was tasting some cherry, but not much more. Perhaps I should have let the wine decant or breath before tasting it. Tasted September 2019
