A 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon grown and hand-picked at altitudes of 400 to 2,400 feet on the western ridge of the volcanic soils of the Mayacamas Mountains towering over the Alexander Valley in Sonoma County, California. Aged for 18 months in 32% new French oak. Blackberry jam, vanilla, baking spice, mint, sage, violets. The finish lingers with flowery orange peel. Silky smooth with medium tannic grip.
