A 2016 white from the Pouilly Fumé region of the Loire Valley, France. Here, they grow Sauvignon Blanc, just like the more famous Sancerre region right across the Loire river. Very strong lime, apricot, green apple, pear, honeysuckle, cinnamon. Long finish of orange and lime peel. Acids are crisp and refreshing.
