A 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon from Mendocino County, California. Paul Dolan is an organic vineyard. Medium to strong aromas of dark plum, currants, lavender, graphite. This is leafy minty herbal with prominent oak and cinnamon. The tannins are firm, spice and alcohol provide a long slightly bitter spicy finish. Fans of big lush Napa cabernet will enjoy. This is chewy, juicy and warm. Good value for the region.
