Actually, the wine I'm reviewing is the 2008 which does not appear here. The producers claim they age it in German oak which is more powerful than the French oak but a nice complement to the peppery Cabernet Franc. If you go to the winery in person, watch out for the potholes and the roosters that yell at you!
