Nice golden color with a bit of amber. Tropical and spicy on the nose. Spicy and oaky on the palate but with good acidity and minerality on the lengthy finish.
This blend of Roussanne, Viognier, and Grenache Blanc was barrel-fermented and offers a maturing, medium-high nose that is waxy and lemony with paraffin, lemon oil, and herbal characters. It's full-bodied with more waxy notes on the flavourful, structured palate. Acids are very good. Mineral and leesy notes linger on the long, structured finish. Tasted Sept/2019.
