Pronounced nose of black cherry, black fruit, molasses, dried fruit, and oak. Dry, med-med+ acid, med(-) tannins, full body, 14.9% abv. Pronounced flavours add additional notes of black plum, cedar, graphite and tobacco. Long finish. Drink soon if you like fruit. tasted July 2025
