Nice and spicy. A nice blend of Merlot, some Carmenere and Cabernet Sauvignon. Silky and layered. Excellent value and over-deliver for the price.
Yowzers! Was this really $14.95?
Fantastic bang for the buck: masterfuly blended lingering finish, light tannin and wonderful herb & dark fruit taste.
I wish I bought more than 1 bottle - this is great wine for the dollar.
This nicely aromatic, full bodied, blended wine has aromas of black cherry, prune and smoke. Tannins are refined (decant for 15 min) and the finish is medium. I am not too impressed with the fake cork, so I wouldn't want to age it for too long. Overall, nice wine for reasonable price, even though it didn't quite do it for me. My impression: NOTHING SPECIAL. Tasted May/10.

Yes this is a very good wine but I am just buying into all of the hype over it.
Herbal, earthy nose. Taste continues with this, add in some spiciness. nice balance right from the attack. Good complexity that you would expect from a blended wine. Finish is just a little bit hot and out of place.
You are getting your money's worth, it's a good value.
This wine has a synthetic cork.
