I had this in my cooler and marked for a 2021 opening. I tasted it last night and was pleasantly surprised. While decanting the cassis bouquet was obvious. On drinking it tasted of a lighter version of a good Cab. Sauv. The level of cassis here I've tasted in only a very few Cali wine.
I joke that I buy $15 wines and age them into $17 wines. This one went to $30 in 2.5 years.
