Terroir driven elegant and harmoniously complex aroma and flavour of black fruits with notes of Mediterranean herbs (Sage, Thyme and Rosemary) followed by lingering cedar and vanilla notes finale. Serve at 17°C. Perfect match with grilled game meats and mature cheeses. Goes well with Mediterranean dishes.
