Appellation controlled wine crafted from select Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes grown in Controlled Place of Origin: Tsinandali micro zone, Kakheti region at ~450m altitude. 10% of the wine aged in French oak barrels. Typical aromas of fresh varietal grapes, quince and wildflowers’ framed in crisp acidity and gentle vanilla notes that linger slowly away.
Serve at 12°C with light salads, grilled vegetables, chicken with citrus dressing, and steamed fish.
